Overview:

NEC XON is a global company within the ICT industry which offers an end-to-end array of solutions for Corporates, Service Providers as well as the Public Sector. We were tasked to craft their short-term marketing strategy and equip them with a plan to execute this successfully. The brief was to craft a complete and holistic Marketing Strategy across traditional and digital mediums. In order to provide this to the business, we had to immerse ourselves in their business by having engagement sessions with the relevant department owner and understand each of their businesses, goals, expectations and appetite to support marketing.

Furthermore, we also dived deeper by exploring the industry and competitor landscape which gave us a good view of how the market and business operates. With this information and insights, we delivered a complete short-term (18-month) Marketing Strategy for their team to execute.
